In one sentence

What TenmaHealth is
and who it's for in Spain.

TenmaHealth is AI-powered clinical software for clinics and medical centers with 3 to 80 professionals in Spain. It brings together scheduling, electronic health records, lab tests, billing, the patient portal and teleconsultation in a single system, compares every result with the patient's own history and flags what can't wait. It connects via API with your invoicing software and your accounting firm, and with the analyzers and systems your center already uses.

It's a fit if

Your center follows up with its patients over time, works with lab tests or with mutual insurers and insurance companies, and already has systems in place that it doesn't want to throw away.

It's also a fit if

You're growing: a second site, a new specialty, an in-house lab or teleconsultation, and your current system no longer keeps up.

Not the right fit today

Dental clinics and single-practitioner offices without clinical follow-up. We'd rather tell you now than waste your time in a meeting.

How we solve it

A system that works
on its own.

We call this operational intelligence: your system doesn't wait for you to ask.

Compares

Every result against the patient's own history, with what has changed flagged.

Automates

From registration to report, from booking to payment, with no manual steps.

Alerts

Overdue follow-ups, expiring authorizations, programs being abandoned.

Adapts

Your rules, your protocols, your workflows and your brand.

Supports

Enma instantly, people when needed.

Your center sets the rules. Your team always makes the decision.

What changes in Spain

You don't have to choose between the new system
and what already works.

This is the doubt that holds almost every center back: changing systems means breaking what took years to build. Not with us. TenmaHealth connects via API with what your center already uses, and whatever can't be connected, we tell you in writing before you sign anything.

Your invoicing

Don't change your invoicing software

We integrate with your invoicing software and your accounting firm. You keep invoicing where you invoice today; what disappears is typing in the same patient twice.

Your equipment

The analyzers you already have

We come from the clinical laboratory. We integrate analyzers model by model, with HL7, FHIR and ASTM. The result goes straight into the patient's health record.

Your other systems

What you don't plan to touch

Accounting, payroll, the website, the CRM. We review each vendor's interfaces and documentation to agree on what to connect and with what scope.

And what's specific to Spain

What in Spain
can't be improvised.

Health records

What it's called and how it's done here

In Spain, health records are governed by Law 41/2002 and the GDPR: the patient's right of access, a minimum retention period of five years and traceability of who accessed what. The system logs every access and every change, with the user and the time.

Identity

Spanish documents

We work with DNI, NIE and NIF. The scope of each validation is confirmed in the proposal.

Who pays

Mutual insurers and insurance companies

Mutual insurers, private insurers and occupational accident mutuals. Each with its own fee schedule, authorizations and consolidated billing.

Data

Where it lives

Data hosted in the European Union and processed in accordance with the GDPR, or on your own center's server. Your data is yours and you can take it with you whenever you want.

Invoicing

Verifactu

Verifactu becomes mandatory on January 1, 2027 for companies and on July 1, 2027 for self-employed professionals. The Basque Country and Navarre have their own system. Current status: confirmed in writing in the proposal.

Language

It speaks the way people speak here

The system, the reports and what the patient sees use Spain's vocabulary: “historia clínica electrónica”, “análisis clínicos”, “mutuas y aseguradoras”.

Proof, not promises

Electronic invoicing for health centers:
the countries where we have it integrated.

Connecting a clinical system with a tax authority is the most demanding work in this industry. We've already done it three times.

How it works

Two situations
from everyday work.

These aren't success stories. They're examples of how the system works.

HOW IT WORKS

A GGT of 95 in a patient who had 30

Today

The current result is viewed in isolation. To review the trend, someone has to find the previous result at your clinic and assess the clinical context.

With TenmaHealth

The result enters the health record already compared with the patient's own history and is flagged before the physician signs.

What changes

The physician decides instead of searching.

HOW IT WORKS

The patient books and pays without calling

Today

The front desk handles appointments, changes, results and payments by phone, interrupting whatever they're doing.

With TenmaHealth

They book from the portal with your brand, pay when booking, get a reminder and rate the care afterwards.

What changes

Fewer calls and a fuller schedule.

How we get started in Spain

From the first call
to working with the system.

  1. Twenty minutes with youFour questions about how your center works. It's not a questionnaire you fill in: while you tell us, we're already telling you what can be fixed and where we'd start.
  2. You leave with a clear roadmapWhat gets connected, what gets automated and what stays the same, in order of priority. Including what in Spain depends on third parties: your invoicing software and your accounting firm, DNI, NIE and NIF validation, and the electronic health record format you work with.
  3. A proposal with a fixed scopeA fixed price, a milestone schedule and the scope of each integration. This does go in writing, because a commitment should be something you can reread. Anything we can't guarantee doesn't appear.
  4. A trial migration before the final oneOur team does it, not yours. You validate the result before anyone switches anything off.
  5. Supported go-liveTraining for your team and a dedicated contact person for as long as the rollout lasts.

Let's look at the best ways to scale your clinic

Next step

Twenty minutes.
And you leave knowing what to do.

We're not a consulting firm. We won't listen to you only to send you a report two weeks from now. In those twenty minutes we look at how your center works and tell you right there what can be automated, what's best to connect first and what we wouldn't touch.

You bring the processes, we bring the technology. Nobody knows your clinic better than you do. What we know is which parts of it software can solve, in what order, and what isn't worth touching.

You leave with a clear roadmap, whether or not you work with us. And if we see we're not a fit, we'll tell you on the call too.

Or write to us wherever you prefer

Let's schedule a conversation

20 minutes by video call. We agree on the day and time with you.

Let's talk about your center

No commitment. You leave the call with a clear roadmap.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us
in Spain.

Does it integrate with the systems I already have in Spain?

That's the question we're asked most, and the short answer is yes. We connect via API with what your center already uses and with industry standards: HL7, FHIR and ASTM for analyzers and laboratory. If something has no API, we look at it in the initial conversation and tell you in writing whether it connects, how and with what scope. We never take it for granted before seeing it.

Do I have to change my invoicing software?

No. We integrate with your invoicing software and your accounting firm; we don't force you to move what already works. You keep invoicing where you invoice today, and the system stops asking you to type in the same patient twice.

Can the patient request their health record?

Yes, and it's their right under Law 41/2002. From the patient portal they download their reports and results whenever they want, without anyone on your team having to find them or send them by hand.

We work with occupational accident mutuals. Does that change anything?

It changes quite a lot, which is why we have a dedicated occupational health line. Batch medical checkups, tests assigned by job role, fitness-for-work certificates and a portal for the company, with one firm rule: the company sees the fitness result; the results belong to the worker.

How does TenmaHealth handle electronic health records?

In Spain, health records are governed by Law 41/2002 and the GDPR: the patient's right of access, a minimum retention period of five years and traceability of who accessed what. The system logs every access and every change, with the user and the time.

Have you done tax integrations before?

Yes, and it's the best argument we have. We have integrated health-center billing with the SAT in Mexico, the SII in Chile and SUNAT in Peru. Connecting a clinical system with a tax authority is the most demanding work in this industry, and we've already done it three times.

Does it validate patient identity in Spain?

We work with Spanish documents: DNI, NIE and NIF. The scope of each validation is confirmed in the proposal.

Do I have to migrate my clinic's data myself?

No. Migration is included and our team does it, in milestones and with a trial migration that you validate before the final one. Paper records are not digitized: they're recorded in the system from go-live.

Where is my data?

Data hosted in the European Union and processed in accordance with the GDPR. It can also be hosted on your own center's server. Your data is yours and you can take it with you whenever you want.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of your center and what it needs. It always includes migration, unlimited users and support. After reviewing the scope, we present a fixed-price proposal.
