Frequently asked questions
What people ask us
in Peru.
Does it integrate with the systems I already have in Peru?
That's the question we're asked most, and the short answer is yes. We connect via API with what your center already uses and with industry standards: HL7, FHIR and ASTM for analyzers and laboratory. If something has no API, we look at it in the initial conversation and tell you in writing whether it connects, how and with what scope. We never take it for granted before seeing it.
Do I have to change my invoicing software?
No. We integrate with the electronic invoicing provider or OSE your center already uses; we don't force you to move what already works. You keep invoicing where you invoice today, and the system stops asking you to type in the same patient twice.
Does it work for a polyclinic with several specialties and its own laboratory?
That's exactly the case we were born for. We come from the clinical laboratory: analyzer results go straight into the patient's record, compared with their previous tests, and the specialties share a single record instead of separate notebooks.
We serve company agreements. Can they be handled in batches?
Yes. You upload the company's list of workers, the system assigns the tests each job role requires, proposes appointments and issues the fitness-for-work certificates. It's one of our most established lines.
How does TenmaHealth handle electronic health records?
In Peru, the health record follows the Minsa technical standard, and personal data follows Law 29733. The system logs every access and every change, with the user and the time, and structures the information so it can be exported whenever your institution needs it.
Have you done tax integrations before?
Yes, and it's the best argument we have. We have integrated health-center billing with the SAT in Mexico, the SII in Chile and SUNAT in Peru. Connecting a clinical system with a tax authority is the most demanding work in this industry, and we've already done it three times.
Does it validate patient identity in Peru?
We work with Peruvian documents: DNI and RUC, through RENIEC. The scope of each validation is confirmed in the proposal.
Do I have to migrate my clinic's data myself?
No. Migration is included and our team does it, in milestones and with a trial migration that you validate before the final one. Paper records are not digitized: they're recorded in the system from go-live.
Where is my data?
Data protected in accordance with Peruvian personal data protection law. It can also be hosted on your own center's server. Your data is yours and you can take it with you whenever you want.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of your center and what it needs. It always includes migration, unlimited users and support. After reviewing the scope, we present a fixed-price proposal.
