Hosting can be in the European Union or on the center's own server. Location, providers, backups, recovery and applicable measures are detailed in the contractual and technical documentation.

The center keeps control of its data. We agree on processing, support access and handover at the end. Local obligations are reviewed with the center's privacy officers.

Questions about security and data
Does using standards equal having a certification?
No. HL7, FHIR, ASTM, SNOMED CT and LOINC describe aspects of interoperability and data. Any certification and its scope must be proven with specific documentation.
Where is the data hosted?
On servers in the European Union or on your own center's server. Location, providers, backups and recovery are detailed in the contractual and technical documentation.
Who owns the data?
Your center. We agree on processing, support access and the handover of the data at the end, in an exportable format.
Is there a record of who views the information?
Yes. Access and changes are logged with the user and the time, and the project defines who reviews incidents and authorizations.
