Clinical and management software · Latin America and Europe
More control over your center.Connected to your devices.
TenmaHealth is clinical and management software for clinics, multispecialty centers, occupational health, dental and specialty practices in Latin America and Europe. Start with what you need, with an advisor by your side.
Enma doesn’t replace your team: it takes the repetitive work off its hands. This is what it already does in Tenma systems.
Guides you inside the system and opens the screen you need
Lists what’s pending today
Walks you through first-time tasks step by step
If it can’t solve something, hands you over to a support person
It works within each user’s permissions and keeps a record of what it does. It doesn’t validate, sign or decide for anyone: a person always decides.

You start with support
You choose how to pay.
A monthly subscription to start light, or a one-time payment to own it. Both include updates. Your advisor builds the right package for your clinic — nothing you don’t need.
Both. You can use TenmaHealth in the cloud or install it on a server at your center, with an authorized installer and its license. Your advisor helps you choose.
Can you migrate the data from my current system?
Your advisor reviews with you what data you have and in what format. Price lists and company protocols are loaded from Excel; the rest of the migration is set out in writing in your proposal.
How long does it take to get started?
It depends on the modules, sites and data you bring. Your advisor gives you a dated plan in the written proposal, before you decide.
Where is support, and when is it available?
We have two teams: Latin America (Lima time), Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00 and Saturday 09:00–13:00, and Europe (Spain time), Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00. Message the team for your region: they reply within your working day. Below you can see the hours converted to your time.
Which languages are available?
Your advisor speaks Spanish, English or French with you. The TenmaHealth interface is in Spanish.
How is clinical data protected?
Each person signs in with their own user and only sees what their role allows. Your center’s data is kept apart from other clients’ data. Processing follows your country’s data protection law — Law 29733 in Peru, the GDPR in Europe — and is formalized in a data processing agreement.
Can I buy the system with a one-time payment?
Yes. With the one-time payment (license) the system is yours and includes updates, just like the monthly subscription. Talk to an advisor; details in How to pay (in Spanish).
Does TenmaHealth integrate easily with my equipment and systems?
Yes. TenmaHealth uses a secure local agent for your label and receipt printers, integrates with the lab (TenmaLab sends orders and returns results to the health record), shows DICOM studies in its own viewer and attaches ECG, audiometry and spirometry reports. In Peru it connects to SITEDS for insurer co-payments. Your advisor reviews with you which equipment and systems you want to connect.
Does TenmaHealth include electronic invoicing?
Yes. You invoice from the same admission, with cash desk, credit notes and A4 or ticket receipts, signed with your company’s certificate. TenmaHealth connects to electronic invoicing and digital signatures in your country: Peru (SUNAT), Mexico (CFDI 4.0), Chile (SII), Ecuador (SRI), Colombia (DIAN), Spain (VeriFactu) and more. Your advisor coordinates the set-up for your country.
