Data controller

In Europe, the data controller is Ejmadia International S.L., based in Seville (Spain). In Latin America, TECMADI, based in Lima (Peru).

What data this site collects

None. The site has no forms, sets no cookies, uses no analytics tools and doesn't store data about its visitors.

All fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server: the site doesn't load any third-party resources.

To serve the pages securely, we use a content delivery network that processes technical connection data, such as the IP address, solely for that purpose.

When you write to us

If you write to us on WhatsApp or Telegram, we use your message only to reply and to arrange the conversation you request. Those services also apply their own privacy policies.

Patient data

Don't send patient data through commercial channels. The processing of clinical data within the software is governed by each center's contract and data processing agreement.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification of or erasure of the data in your messages by writing to us through the same channels. You can also file a complaint with your country's data protection authority; in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
