What happens if the goals aren't met?
You have an exit guarantee whenever you want if the agreed goals are not met. The evaluation criteria and exit conditions are set out in writing in the proposal.
How long is the initial conversation?
Twenty minutes by video call. We review how your center works, what's best to automate first and what isn't worth touching. There's no cost and no commitment.
Who configures the system?
Our team, together with the people at your center who will use it. We prepare workflows, profiles, reports and formats, run tests and gather adjustments before go-live.
Is there a minimum contract term?
No. The proposal sets out scope, price, owners and goals. If the agreed goals are not met, you have an exit guarantee and take your data with you.
