Migration starts from structured, exportable digital data in the source system. We identify the patients, results and documents within scope. Paper records are entered from go-live; they aren't digitized automatically.

Quality and exceptions

Duplicates and incomplete records are reviewed with the center. Some data may need cleanup or be left out of the transfer; the inventory and exceptions are documented.

Validation and sign-off

We run a trial migration before the final one. Your team reviews the agreed cases, issues are fixed, and the cutover and delivery sign-off are approved.
