Ownership

TenmaHealth is a brand of the Tenma ecosystem. In Europe, the owner of the site and the services is Ejmadia International S.L., based in Seville (Spain). In Latin America, the services are provided by TECMADI, based in Lima (Peru).

Purpose of the site

This site provides information about TenmaHealth, management software for clinics and medical centers. It is not a healthcare service and its content does not replace a professional’s assessment or legal or tax advice.

Terms of use

Access to the site is open and free of charge. The content describes the product in general terms: each center’s scope, price, integrations and conditions are set out in writing in its proposal and in the corresponding contract.

Operational examples and figures for the Tenma ecosystem are for reference only and do not constitute guaranteed results.

Contracting

Contracts are signed with the entity that corresponds to the center’s region: Ejmadia International S.L. for Europe and TECMADI for Latin America. Each contract states the applicable law and jurisdiction.
