TenmaHealth and TenmaLab connect clinical care and the laboratory on a shared core. Blotem, for blood banks, and TenmaVet, for veterinary laboratories, are our own systems with a different specialization.

We come from the clinical laboratory, the most demanding side of health data. We integrate analyzers model by model and have connected health-center billing with the tax authorities of three countries.
The underlying problem
A result copied by hand or a patient registered again in billing adds work for the team. We review the full journey to identify where sharing information makes sense.
TenmaHealth and TenmaLab share a core. For other systems, we assess the available interfaces and agree on the scope of the connections before starting.

No. The project is defined around your activity. TenmaHealth and TenmaLab share a core; Blotem and TenmaVet are separate systems and their connections are assessed separately.
It does. We connect via API and with industry standards, HL7, FHIR and ASTM, to the system you want to keep. In the initial conversation we look at what connects, how and with what scope, and tell you in writing before you sign anything.
That the patient, the result and the invoice live in the same record instead of in three databases someone keeps in sync. There's no exporting or importing between TenmaHealth and TenmaLab: it's the same data seen from two places.
For blood banks and transfusion centers. Its workflow covers donors, testing, component processing, storage and distribution. It's not a document certification product.
You leave. There's no lock-in and your data is yours: you take it with you in an exportable format. We'd rather you stay because it adds value, not because leaving is expensive.
