A 20-minute conversation

Let's talk
about your center

We review how you work and where we can help. We share your first priorities with you during the call: which tasks to review, which connections to consider and what needs more analysis. No cost, no commitment.

Let's schedule a conversation

20 minutes by video call. We agree on the day and time with you.

Request a conversation

Initial guidance during the call. No cost, no commitment.

What we'll look at

Three areas
of your center.

Time

Where the time goes

Repeated tasks, calls that interrupt, results compared by hand and the same data written into several systems.

Money

Where the money goes

Patients who don't come back, payments and authorizations that slip away, duplicate licenses and lab tests you pay for elsewhere.

Growth

Where you can grow

Companies as clients, recurring programs, an in-house lab, teleconsultation and new sites.

We calculate the figures with your own numbers, never with generic brochure percentages.

THE FOUR QUESTIONS

Where we start the conversation

These questions help us place your priorities and tell apart what we can advise on now from what needs a later review.

1 · Which repeated task eats up the most of your team's hours each week?
2 · Out of every ten patients who start a follow-up program, how many finish it?
3 · What went unbilled last quarter, and why?
4 · What would you like your center to be doing a year from now?

What it's like

Four steps
and no surprises.

  1. You request a conversationTell us your availability. We agree on the day and time with you.
  2. We talk for 20 minutes about your centerFour questions, and we listen. There's no product pitch.
  3. We share the first prioritiesDuring the call we discuss which tasks to review and which connections to consider. We also point out what needs more information before deciding.
  4. You decideIf you want to continue, we prepare the proposal with a fixed price and scope. If not, the insight is still yours and you can apply it with whoever you want.
EXAMPLE WITH FICTITIOUS DATA

What comes out of a call

Example Medical Center · 14 professionals · 2 sites

Start with the patients who don't come backOf 340 programs started, 61 haven't been completed. That gets automated in the first phase; it's what you notice soonest.
Authorizations, in the same phase9 with sessions delivered and not billed last quarter. Same alert mechanism, zero added cost.
The in-house lab, not yetWith your volume the numbers work, but not before the above is up and running. Month six.
And one thing we wouldn't touchYour consent workflow works. We connect it as is instead of redoing it.

Frequently asked questions

Before booking.

Is it a sales demo?

No. It's a conversation about your center. We only talk about TenmaHealth if you want to.

Do I have to share patient data?

No. We talk about how you work, never about clinical data.

Who should attend?

The person who runs the center and, if possible, whoever coordinates the front desk or administration.

Is there any cost?

None. Neither the call nor what comes out of it.

What can we review in twenty minutes?

We can learn how you work, identify the first priorities and discuss possible next steps. If technical data or a deeper review is needed, we agree on it with you. Scope and price are then set out in the proposal.

Can it be in person?

Yes, at our offices in Seville, Valencia or Jaén, or at your center if you're nearby.
